Mudbound – ipasm.com
Mudbound is historical play movie about two previous World War II soldiers, one white, one black, who came back home after the war to countryside Mississippi each to deal with post-traumatic-stress-disorder (PTSD) and racism in their specific approach. When the Second World War was over, both Ronsel Jackson (played by Jason Mitchell) and Jamie McAllan (played by Garrett Hedlund) returned home. Pleasant Jamie carried on his previous fascination to Laura (played by Carey Mulligan), however Jamie has a problem with excessive alcohol drinking, PTSD and the contempt of his father Pappy McAllan (played by Jonathan Banks), who disparages the air force bombarding as easy and unidentified butchery. Ronsel conversely, confronted Pappy when Pappy requested that Ronsel departure using the back of a general store since he is black, instead of using the front door as the front exit was for white people only… the other actors in Mudbound are Mary J. Blige played Florence Jackson; Jason Clarke played Henry McAllan; Claudio Laniado played Dr. Pearlman; Rob Morgan played Hap Jackson; Kennedy Derosin played Lilly May Jackson; Kelvin Harrison Jr. played Weeks. Mudbound is scripted by Dee Rees and Virgil Williams; and directed by Dee Rees.
Could definitely see why the movie has been so well-received!
Unfortunately racism in U.S. is strongly real compared to fake homophobia.
After watch this movie i really star to disgust some white people how been with blacks and minoritis making people fell like shit i hate this white supremacist shit
This movie made my blood boil. I was so angry with the way they treated them. And people said slavery over 150 yrs ago. Ok. It didn’t stop the way blacks were treated though. After all we still n*ggers right? I hate racist people. They can all burn and die.

Spoiler Alert!
Honestly, I was reluctant to watch this movie because I thought it would be another 12 year a slave or Django unchained but this movie was different. It showed what was going on during the Jim Crow area (my grandmother was child at this time) and how war can change a person. I’ll keep adding more information has I process this movie.
