I want him inside me
I am a big fan of Breville products and this looks like a great one, Think
I will have to buy one myself. :-)
I wish this was quicker at getting up to pressure,as it’s painfully slow.
I have been researching electric pressure cookers for the last 10 days and
looking into each companies warranty. I found out that Amazon offers an
extended electrical appliance warranty through Assurant for up to 4 years.
The extended warranty kicks in after the 1 year manufacturer’s warranty
expires. It seems like a really good deal. Anyway, I called, Breville’s
customer service today after I read Invy Ism’s comment on his troubles. I
was trying to decide which pressure cooker company to go with. I called
Brevilles’ customer service today and mentioned the You Tube comment and
that I was concerned about it. The lady told me that customers must keep
their proof of purchase receipt and or give them a copy of a bank statement
or credit card showing the date of purchase. The customer service rep said,
even if the batch code or manufacturing code was older it would not matter.
That they do go off the date you purchased the product. So the take home
message is keep your proof of purchase receipt in a folder. Or dig out your
credit card statement with the date of purchase and e-mail it to customer
service to prove when you purchased it. Breville’s customer service
department answered my question concerning the comment made by Invy Ism. If
you used your debit or credit card find a statement to show that it is
inside the 1 year warranty. 🙂 I found the customer service department to
be very helpful and I no longer have any anxiety about purchasing the
Breville fast and slow pro.
