Viggo Mortensen in Captain Fantastic, a film about a family who are compel by conditions to reintegrate back into society after living in separation for many years. Viggo Mortensen plays Ben Cash, who is married to Leslie, with their six offspring live in the wilderness of Washington State. Ben and Leslie are disenchanted with American capitalism way of life, and decided to impart survivalist abilities and left wing politics viewpoint to their offspring. Ben and Leslie educated their children to have critical thinking abilities, self-reliant abilities, athletic and physically fit, supervising the children without the use of technology, showing the splendor of coexisting with the countryside and celebrating ‘Noam Chomsky Day’ instead of Christmas. Leslie committed suicide as a result of bipolar metal illness she had. Follow the death of Leslie; Ben discovered that his father-in-law Leslie’s father Jack has arranged for Leslie to have an old-fashioned funeral and burial, which is going against Leslie desire to be cremated. Ben and Jack had disputed on the phone and Jack indicated that he will have Ben arrested if he appears in his daughter’s funeral. Ben originally decides not to go and stops his children from going; he eventually changed his mind, taking his children on a road trip to life outside the wilderness.
I seem to be the only one that was bored by this movie.

This just put a smile on my face. Lovely earth children.
This is the type of movie I’v waited for Wes Anderson to make years ago
before conceding to the fact that he was essentially a shallow director.
